Last week I fulfilled a life-long dream of visiting Florence. There are lots of Film Fridays to come on this one; seeing that Duomo was a pretty moving experience for me, and it’s a trip that I will remember well for the rest of my life. Whilst there, we stumbled upon a black and white photobooth. It’s very rare to find these booths in the public domain; nowadays the booths are all digital and give you four identical pictures. This was film. Different pictures. And black and white. Yes, I actually screamed when I saw this.
I spent countless dollars on strips when we found one in San Francisco a few years back. This time was no exception. I can only hope the person who emptied the booth at the end of the day brought a very big bag.
It’s the little things in life that mean so much.

Oh YES, definitely squeal-worthy! Reminds me of Amelie all over again :-)

How beautiful. You two were born to pose in a photobooth!
A black and white film photobooth? You'll have to share with me where you found this little dodo of a precious thing...
These are memories worth keeping for the rest of your life and ensuring your grandchildren will have them to treasure and pass on. To quote "someone" this films are "such stuff dreams are made on". -
Love these!!
